<p align="justify"> 日前，我区召开组织、宣传思想文化和统战工作会议。区委书记祝晓农在会上讲话，区领导胡松、张晓峰、鲍继红、姜海洋、柴文灯出席会议。</p>
<p align="justify"> 祝晓农充分肯定了去年全区组织、宣传思想文化和统战工作成绩，并就做好今年工作提出要求。祝晓农指出，过去一年，组织、宣传思想文化、统战部门围绕区委、区政府的中心工作，开拓进取、创先争优，各项工作有成效、有亮点、有创新。2016年是“十三五”开局之年，新部署、新目标、新形势对党建工作提出了新任务、新要求、新课题。全区各级党组织要认清形势，切实增强做好党建工作的责任感和使命感，找准短板，发挥优势，精准施策，以新的理念、新的举措做好新时期的党建工作。</p>
<p align="justify"> 祝晓农要求，突出重点抓落实，全面提升党建工作的科学化水平。组织部门要突出队伍建设，强化发展保障，认真组织开展“两学一做”学习教育，提升队伍战斗力，夯实基层组织主阵地。宣传思想文化部门要强化舆论思想引领，加强思想理论武装和宣传舆论引导，深化精神文明创建，大力发展文化创意产业，营造加快发展的浓厚氛围。统战部门要凝聚发展合力，提升多党合作效能，推进党外代表人士队伍和统战干部队伍“两支队伍”建设，助推经济社会发展。</p>
<p align="justify"> 祝晓农强调，要强化措施优保障，确保党建各项工作取得实效。全区各级党组织要严格落实责任，牢固树立“抓党建是本职，不抓党建是失职，抓不好党建是不称职”的意识，大力支持组织、宣传思想文化和统战部门开展工作。要创新工作机制，继续放大亮点、培育特色，不断创新载体，使各项工作有抓手、有落实、有成效。要加强自身建设，全面提升抓党建工作的能力和水平，不断创造工作的闪光点，确保各项工作取得新成效。</p>
<p align="justify"> 区委常委、宣传部长鲍继红，区委常委、组织部长姜海洋，区委常委、统战部长柴文灯分别回顾总结了过去一年的宣传思想文化、组织和统战工作，并就今年各项工作任务进行了具体部署。</p>
<p align="justify"> 会议还表彰了2015年度全区宣传思想文化工作先进单位和先进个人。</p>
