<p align="justify"> 日前，我区召开创建全国文明城市工作推进会暨国家卫生城市复审迎检动员会。区委书记祝晓农出席会议并讲话，区领导鲍继红、李青、颜雪高、章雨土参加会议。</p>
<p align="justify"> 2015年，衢州启动全国文明城市创建工作。作为创建的主阵地，我区同步启动了浙江省示范文明城区创建工作，并于去年底顺利通过“浙江省文明城区”复评，为创建工作深入推进打下了良好基础。今年是我市创建全国文明城市和我区创建省示范文明城区的关键年，我区将迎接城市文明程度第二轮测评。同时，继2013年顺利通过首轮复审后，我市还将迎来国家卫生城市第二次复审。</p>
<p align="justify"> 祝晓农充分肯定了去年以来全区创建文明城市工作取得的成效，同时就做好今年创建工作和国卫复审迎检工作提出要求。祝晓农指出，全国文明城市创建和国家卫生城市复审工作相辅相成、联系紧密，两项工作时间紧、任务重。各街道、有关乡和部门（单位）要切实增强做好复审迎检和创建工作的信心和责任心，加大力度推动相关工作落实。</p>
<p align="justify"> 祝晓农强调，要突出重点，强化措施，把复审迎检和创建工作落到实处，力争在2016年的城市文明程度指数测评中达到全省中游水平，确保通过国家卫生城市复审。要强化看齐意识、攻坚意识和长效意识，在重难点问题上动真格，在市民素质上求提升，在宣传发动上下功夫，全面实行市场化保洁机制，完善财力和人员保障机制，建立责任追究机制。要强化领导，明确责任，形成复审迎检和创建工作的合力。主要领导要做到亲自部署，靠前指挥，及时解决工作中遇到的问题；各有关部门和单位要对照创建和迎检工作方案，把工作任务分解落实到具体责任人，切实提升城市管理水平和管理成效。</p>
<p align="justify"> 会议还表彰了2015年度创建全国文明城市暨省示范文明城区工作先进集体、先进个人。府山街道、花园街道和区住建局分别签订了城市管理责任书，荷花街道、柯城执法分局进行了表态发言。</p>
