<p align="justify"> 日前，市委常委、纪委书记李伯来到我区调研经济社会发展、基层党风廉政建设等工作。区委书记祝晓农，区委常委、纪委书记毛霄云陪同调研。</p>
<p align="justify"> 李伯来一行先后来到衢州跨境电子商务产业园、创客孵化园、衢州农商城、衢州传化公路港、沟溪乡余东村及石梁镇等地，实地调研我区经济社会发展情况。在石梁镇农村集体“阳光三资”管理服务中心，李伯来登录“三资公开民主管理多媒体查询系统”，检查该镇农村集体“三资”规范化运行情况。在随后召开的座谈会上，李伯来认真听取了我区经济社会发展、“十三五”发展思路、落实党风廉政建设“两个责任”工作情况汇报。</p>
<p align="justify"> 调研中，李伯来对我区发展电子商务、乡村休闲游、“三改一拆”、“最美溪流”建设及党风廉政建设等工作给予充分肯定。他说，柯城区在推动经济社会发展的同时，高度重视党风廉政建设，围绕中心服务大局，推动全区经济和社会事业取得了新进展。</p>
<p align="justify"> 李伯来指出，经济新业态下，纪检监察和党风廉政建设工作也进入了“新常态”，提出了新要求。纪检监察部门要紧紧围绕中心，服务大局，切实落实好纪委监督责任。要出台相应机制，改革创新容错免责机制，为打造一支会干事、能干事、敢担当的干部队伍营造良好环境。要进一步深化农村基层党风廉政建设，规范农村集体“三资”监督管理，着力构建不敢腐、不能腐、不想腐的长效机制。</p>
