<p align="justify"> 日前，区委书记祝晓农到衢江航道柯城段调研“四边三化”工作。副区长吴云林，区水利局、治水办、生态办等相关部门负责人参加调研。</p>
<p align="justify"> 今年是我区“四边三化”整治年。根据省市部署，年初以来，我区各地重点围绕公路边、铁路边、河边、山边“四边”区域存在的违建房、违章点、脏乱处等突出环境问题开展全面整治。截至3月4日，全区排查上报的714个“四边三化”突出问题，已完成整治271个。其中，杭金衢高速、320国道、杭长高铁、衢江航道四条全区域示范线排查出的338个涉及柯城的突出问题,已完成整治105个。</p>
<p align="justify"> 祝晓农是衢江航道柯城段沿线环境综合整治任务的联系领导。当天，她先后来到双港街道孙姜大桥西侧、汪村码头广场、叶家大桥和航埠镇航埠小学常山港右岸、老桥头右岸江滨公园提升点、严村等地，实地查看衢江航道柯城段沿线的部分整治点，并提出整治意见。在孙姜大桥西侧，看到河滩边部分地块被人私自开垦成菜地，河面随意停泊着十余艘破旧的小船，祝晓农要求，要清理防洪堤范围内乱种菜现象，统一种上芦苇、水菖蒲等水生植物，同时对小船的篷顶进行统一更新，劝导船主有序停放。在汪村码头广场，祝晓农要求杜绝乱搭乱建乱倒垃圾行为，确保路边桥边干净整洁。在常山港航埠段，祝晓农提出，可通过种植绿植优化堤防环境，同时要继续对沿岸“赤膊墙”进行整治。在航埠老桥头右岸，祝晓农提出，可以建设亲水平台，方便群众休闲散步。调研中，祝晓农强调，河边整治要注意考虑防洪因素，尽量减少洪水可能造成的损失。</p>
