<p align="justify"> 日前，区长徐利水带领农办、农业等部门负责人，赴石梁镇调研“一县一带”建设工作。副区长贵丽青参加调研。</p>
<p align="justify"> 据悉，市委市政府在全市农业农村暨扶贫开发工作会议上首次提出启动美丽乡村“一县一带”创建行动，要求各县（市、区）分别在辖区内主抓一条美丽乡村示范带，每条示范带要涉及3个以上乡镇，核心是实现生态美、发展美、人文美的有机融合。</p>
<p align="justify"> 徐利水一行先后来到石梁镇柘川村、城西村、中央方村、石梁集镇和张西村、寺桥村，实地查看我区“一县一带”入口、来料加工展示展销中心、百乐园家庭农场、“猪棚画廊”、石梁下山脱贫小区、古村落改造、桃源七里寺桥节点改造等“一县一带”沿线亮点，研究沿线“盆景”的串联、改造、提升等工作。</p>
<p align="justify"> 徐利水强调，要围绕“两溪”片区，按照“五个连片”要求，谋划“一县一带”建设工作，集中精力打造“亮点”、“精华”，大胆规划通景公路，做好“亮点”串联的文章。有关单位、乡镇要深入基层排摸，为“一县一带”的特色主题、产业布局等前期谋划工作打好基础。</p>
