<p align="justify"> 日前，我区召开“垦造水田”、“四边三化”、“三改一拆”工作专题部署会。徐利水出席会议并讲话，区政府分管领导汪土祥、吴云林、贵丽青分别部署“三改一拆”、“四边三化”、垦造水田工作。区政协副主席章雨土参加会议。</p>
<p align="justify"> 会上，徐利水充分肯定了我区去年“四边三化”和“三改一拆”工作成效，并就下步工作提出要求。徐利水指出，垦造水田和“四边三化”、“三改一拆”工作是省委省政府统一部署的重要工作，各相关乡镇（街道）要统一认识主动抓，站在打造“现代田园城市示范区”的高度抓紧推进三项工作，切实履行好属地管理责任，努力创优争先，打造亮点。要突出重点精准抓，以望江、“两溪”等片区为重点，集中连片整体开发水田，让造田效益最大化； 以四条示范线和城郊结合部为重点，抓好“四边三化”和“三改一拆”工作，破解土地流转、城郊结合部违建和农民建房等方面问题。要明确要求严格抓，抓住重要时间节点，按照连片治乱、连片拆违、连片美化洁化和领导挂联、部门牵头的要求，抓好三项工作。要整合资源合力抓，加大农办、农业、水利等农口资源和执法、环保、国土等部门工作整合力度，有机融合项目资源，统筹考虑土地垦造和违建地块的拆后利用。要严肃纪律铁腕抓，对出现大面积新违建的，要严肃追究相关领导责任。</p>
