<p align="justify"> 日前，区长徐利水带领交通、执法、环保等部门负责人来到320国道和G60高速柯城段，就深入推进“四边三化”工作开展调研指导。副区长吴云林参加调研。</p>
<p align="justify"> 根据省、市政府关于“两路两侧”“四边三化”整治提升的统一部署，我区结合实际，部署开展“四边三化”三年行动。其中，2016年为整治年、2017年为提升年、2018年为深化年。截至目前，全区排查上报的714个“四边三化”突出问题，已完成整治152个，整治完成率21.3%。杭金衢高速、320国道、杭长高铁、衢江航道四条全区域示范线排查出的321个涉及柯城的突出问题，已整治59个，整治完成率18.4%。</p>
<p align="justify"> 徐利水一行实地检查了320国道和G60高速柯城段公路两侧乱搭乱建、乱堆乱放、占道经营和农村“赤膊墙”等情况，详细了解违章建筑拆除、“赤膊墙”粉刷等工作进展，并对发现的问题当场予以交办。</p>
<p align="justify"> 徐利水强调，要研究320国道柯城段全线整治方案，统一治理标准，按照环境整齐有序、路域整洁干净、适当增加绿化的要求，加大违章建筑、“赤膊墙”和“脏乱差”现象的整治力度。要进一步摸排公路沿线坟墓情况，杜绝新增乱埋乱葬坟墓。要加快推进G60高速柯城段、320国道等示范线建设，发挥示范引领作用，确保全区“四边三化”工作取得更好成效。</p>
