<p align="justify"> 2月18日上午，区长徐利水深入石梁镇和姜家山乡部分山区橘林，调研柑橘产销及灾后转型工作。副区长贵丽青参加调研。</p>
<p align="justify"> 年前，受罕见超强寒潮影响，我区橘树冻害严重，很多橘树出现叶片卷曲、发黄枯死等现象，全区15万亩橘树预计2016年将出现较大范围的减产。</p>
<p align="justify"> 徐利水一行实地查看了石梁柑橘出口产业园、石梁镇派溪头村柑橘受灾区和位于姜家山乡的申通快递衢州分部，详细了解去年我区柑橘产销和冻害受灾情况。在随后召开的座谈会上，徐利水认真听取部分柑橘贩销大户和相关单位的情况汇报，并就推进柑橘销售和灾后转型等问题进行深入研讨，要求各乡镇和相关部门尽快帮助橘农做好柑橘销售工作。</p>
<p align="justify"> 徐利水强调，要积极鼓励柑橘出口，专题研究柑橘出口相关政策，努力把柯城本地柑橘出口到国外市场。要加大柑橘的网络销售力度，积极对接电商大平台和大超市，在销售旺季全力推向市场，并严控果品的分级分类，把好柑橘销售的品质关。各相关乡镇要组建临时服务小组，为橘农做好相关服务工作，开辟出更好的销售渠道。要站在更高的角度，跳出柑橘谋划柑橘产业的转型发展。要聚焦坎底柑橘产区，规划建设“柑橘小镇”，争取建成一个全国一流的柑橘精品园区。要研究推广“椪柑节”等活动，发挥金融、保险等作用，抓好柑橘示范点建设，带动橘农主动转型发展。</p>
