<p align="justify"> 2月4日下午，我区举行2016年新春团拜会。祝晓农、徐利水、张晓峰等区四套班子领导与全区各界代表欢聚一堂，喜迎新春，共话发展。</p>
<p align="justify"> 区委书记祝晓农代表区四套班子向全区广大干部群众和所有关心支持柯城发展的社会各界人士致以新春的问候和美好的祝愿。祝晓农说，刚刚过去的一年，是收获喜悦、令人难忘的一年。一年来，我们认真贯彻落实中央和省、市的各项决策部署，主动适应新常态，坚定不移打好转型升级系列组合拳，经济发展稳中向好，城乡环境不断改善，社会保持和谐稳定，各项事业迈上新台阶，实现了“十二五”的圆满收官。</p>
<p align="justify"> 祝晓农指出，2016年是我区努力为“十三五”发展开好局、起好步的关键之年。新的一年，我们要以“创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享”的发展理念为引领，以高水平全面建成小康社会为目标，牢牢把握创业创新先行区、四省边际物流中心区、新材料产业集聚区、现代田园城市示范区、城乡统筹发展引领区“五个区”的发展定位，全力实施“三二一”发展战略，持之以恒推动经济转型发展、促进百姓增收、护好绿水青山、维护社会平安，共建共享更加美好的幸福柯城，让全区人民在好山、好水、好空气中幸福健康快乐地工作和生活。</p>
