<p align="justify"> 日前，区纪委七届六次全体(扩大)会议召开。区委书记祝晓农在会上强调，各级党组织和纪检组织要勇于担当、真抓实干，以更高的标准、更严的要求、更实的作风，不断开创党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争新局面，为推动柯城加快发展营造更加优良的政治生态环境。区委副书记、代区长徐利水主持会议。区领导鲍继红、彭海生、姜海洋、王哲新、柴文灯等出席会议。区委常委、纪委书记毛霄云作纪委工作报告。</p>
<p align="justify"> 会上，祝晓农对我区2015年党风廉政建设和反腐败工作给予肯定，并就落实全面从严管党治党责任，深入推进党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争提出要求。祝晓农指出，各级党组织要敢于担当，切实担负起全面从严治党的政治责任，不折不扣地把党中央管党治党各项部署要求落到实处。要坚持把管党治党的主体责任压到实处，一级带一级，一级抓一级，切实做到敢管敢治、严管严治、长管长治。要坚持把纪律建设摆在最前面，始终坚持纪严于法、纪在法前，用纪律管住全体党员。要坚持依规治党与以德治党相结合，筑牢拒腐防变思想道德防线，以良好的家风带党风、促政风。</p>
<p align="justify"> 祝晓农要求，保持定力，深入推进党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争。要尊崇党章，严格执行新修订的《中国共产党廉洁自律准则》和《中国共产党纪律处分条例》。要持之以恒，将作风建设一抓到底，坚决防止“四风”反弹。要有腐必反，保持惩治腐败的高压态势，努力实现“不敢腐、不能腐、不想腐”的目标。要注重基层，深入推进基层党风廉政建设，全面开展“基层党风廉政建设推进年”活动，确保今年乡村换届风清气正。</p>
<p align="justify"> 祝晓农强调，从严从实，推进党内监督落到实处收到实效。一是执行民主集中制要到位，健全党员领导干部民主生活会、“五不直接分管”、谈心谈话、公开评议等党内监督制度。二是巡视整改工作要到位，以省委巡视组巡视反馈为契机，逐条逐项抓好问题整改。三是纪委职能监督要到位，把握运用好监督执纪“四种形态”，更好地推动“两个责任”落实到位。</p>
<p align="justify"> 毛霄云代表区纪委常委会作了题为 《落实全面从严治党 强化监督执纪问责 坚定不移推进党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争》的工作报告，回顾总结2015年全区纪律检查工作，研究部署2016年工作任务。</p>
<p align="justify"> 会议传达了省纪委十三届五次全会和市纪委六届五次全会精神。</p>
