<p align="justify"> 近日，区政协举行全体委员培训会，邀请区委副书记、代区长徐利水和市委党校李洁芳教授分别作全区经济社会发展专题报告和十八届五中全会精神辅导报告。区委副书记、区政协党组书记张晓峰主持培训会。</p>
<p align="justify"> 报告中，徐利水向政协委员们介绍了我区2015年主要目标任务、重点工作完成情况和产业发展情况，并针对当前发展趋势提出今后工作思路。徐利水指出，在新常态的大环境下，我们要看清大势，把握规律，结合区情，积极有为，推进柯城经济社会取得新发展。要抢抓机遇抓紧干，重视供给侧改革带来的机遇，重新认识工业、社会事业、金融和对乡村的投入开发。要聚焦“两园”精准干，围绕庙源溪、石梁溪“两溪”片区，做好田园开发文章；重点打造东港园、航埠低碳园、专业市场城电商园三个产业园。要整合资源创新干，加大国资整合力度，加大项目申报、政策争取力度，加强要素整合和聚焦投入。要扑下身子务实干，实施好重点项目、政府性投资项目和为民办实事项目。</p>
<p align="justify"> 李洁芳教授为委员们解读了十八届五中全会通过的“十三五”规划建议内容，分析了“十三五”时期我国面临的机遇和挑战，并深入阐述了“十三五”时期我国经济社会发展的主要目标、基本理念和主要举措。</p>
