<p align="justify"> 日前，市委常委、常务副市长赵建林率市平安建设考核组来我区检查考核2015年度平安建设工作。区领导祝晓农、张晓峰、彭海生、王国强参加平安考核汇报会。</p>
<p align="justify"> 会上，赵建林一行听取了我区2015年“平安柯城”建设工作汇报，查阅了相关台账资料，并对我区平安建设工作给予肯定。赵建林说，柯城平安创建动真格，专项整治力度大，“两网融合”、“两公约一队伍”等基层基础工作亮点多，重大节庆、重大活动时期保持了社会稳定。</p>
<p align="justify"> 赵建林指出，平安维稳工作具有动态性、变化性和复杂性，特别是柯城作为主城区，老街多、单位多、隐患多、外来流动人口多，承担市级发展任务更重，需要坚持不懈地抓好平安建设工作。新的一年，柯城抓平安维稳工作的认识要更加清醒清晰，对辖区的薄弱环节、重点区域、重点人群要心中有数，确保责任落实、保障措施到位。要严密严格排查，主动预防，细而又细、实而又实地做好各环节工作，严防漏洞。要扎实落实基础工作，加强人防、物防、技防等安全防范措施，确保拿到平安创建的金字招牌。</p>
<p align="justify"> 据悉，上月，市平安建设考核组还先后来到鹿鸣小学、衢州普星燃机热电有限公司、航埠农贸市场等地，对我区平安建设工作进行了实地考核。</p>
