<p align="justify"> 日前，区委书记祝晓农在航埠镇将军叶村调研党员冬训活动时强调，各级党组织书记要牢固树立党建“第一责任人”的意识，把抓党建、抓队伍作为主要职责，以党建实效推动经济社会发展。</p>
<p align="justify"> 据了解，自去年12月15日全区基层党员冬训活动启动以来，我区各地纷纷利用岁末的农闲季节组织党员开展形式多样的主题教育活动。如航埠镇通过举行“锋领擂台”赛、党员冬训趣味运动会等方式，推动党员干部互看互学、比学赶超。将军叶村借助与村庄结对的衢化街道昌苑社区的资源力量，村居共建为村民提供服务。</p>
<p align="justify"> 祝晓农实地查看了将军叶村的生活污水处理工程和垃圾分类工作，走访了居家养老照料中心、叶氏宗祠等地，并和村里的党员干部座谈交流，听取镇、村党员冬训活动和党建工作汇报。“这个村比以前漂亮多了，没想到变化这么大。”看到将军叶村在村支书叶毛倪的带领下，村庄变得漂亮整洁，村容村貌发生显著变化，祝晓农高兴地给予肯定。</p>
<p align="justify"> “村庄要建好，‘领头羊’很重要，班子很重要，村风村规很重要。”祝晓农说，我区党员冬训活动已经开展了五年，目的就是通过岁末年初农闲时节对党员进行集中培训教育，唤醒党员的党性观念。各乡镇、村要充分利用好区委搭建的平台，以党员冬训为抓手借势抓党建，推动工作，解决矛盾，增强班子的凝聚力和战斗力，为村级组织换届做好准备。要围绕村集体经济发展和百姓增收致富，利用本地优势，增强村庄的造血功能，激发村庄的发展活力。同时，通过村规民约、族训族规、家训家规的制定，立规矩、立纪律，增强党员和村民自我管理、自我教育的意识，更好地推进村庄的规范管理。</p>
