<p align="justify"> 日前，杭州市委常委、余杭区委书记徐文光率余杭党政代表团来我区对接共建产业园和山海协作工作。区领导祝晓农、徐利水、叶征宇、曾宏、汪土祥、徐小平参加对接活动。</p>
<p align="justify"> 徐文光一行实地考察了柯城-余杭山海协作产业园。随后，两区举行山海协作联席会议，交流产业园推进情况，围绕深化共建产业园和山海协作工作展开座谈讨论。</p>
<p align="justify"> 据悉，作为全省首批9个山海协作产业园试点之一，柯城-余杭山海协作产业园充分依托现有的平台基础，确定以功能性新材料产业为主的“3+1”产业定位（其中“3”为含氟新材料、装备制造业、软饮料产业，“1”为现代服务业），围绕平台建设和招商引资两大核心工作全力建设“特色山海协作产业园”。目前，产业园总规划面积6.42平方公里中，合计已平整土地5.63平方公里，可出让熟地2.34平方公里。其中，一期东进1.62平方公里区块配套基本到位，一期南拓2.17平方公里区块道路框架基本到位。去年，柯城－余杭山海协作产业园还与位于余杭区的杭州未来科技城(海创园)达成了全面战略合作协议。</p>
<p align="justify"> 座谈会上，区委书记祝晓农介绍了我区2015年经济发展情况和“十三五”发展思路。祝晓农说，余杭与柯城在区位和产业结构上都有相似之处，优势互补明显，希望两区在新的一年进一步深化合作，齐心协力推进柯城-余杭山海协作产业园建设，真正把产业园打造成全省山海协作示范产业园。</p>
<p align="justify"> 徐文光说，两区协作已经形成了良好的机制基础，余杭区有关部门要继续加强和柯城区的联系沟通，在山海协作过程中，进一步探索完善政策，制定可落地的方案，打通产业、配套等体系，引导人才、科技、项目等资源实现全面对接； 进一步深化各领域合作，全力推进山海协作迈入更高层次，实现两地良性互动。</p>
