<p align="justify"> 日前，省建设厅厅长钱建民带领省对市“五水共治”考核组来我区考核“五水共治”工作。市领导杜世源、赵建林、毛建民，区领导祝晓农、徐利水等陪同考核。</p>
<p align="justify"> 今年年初以来，我区坚持源头治水，以创建“清三河”达标县为目标，全流域推进生猪养殖整规，全覆盖推进农村“双治”，全区域开展城镇污染治理，全方位推进工业治污。截至目前，已有7个乡镇、6个街道实现“全辖区全流域”禁养；“五水共治”年度十大专项工作、11大治水项目圆满完成； 乡镇交接断面水质达标率（III类水）达88%，较2013年提高26个百分点。率先实现“村级生态家园协会”全域覆盖、率先出台转产转业十大政策、率先开展百村“赛水赛歌”打造“文化治水”样本等多项创新治水方式、治水理念走在全市乃至全省前列。</p>
<p align="justify"> “这都是猪棚改造的？”“你们租一年给农民多少钱？”钱建民一行来到石梁镇城西村蒋家自然村尚品画艺“猪棚画廊”，边看画作边与业主和乡镇干部交流，了解生猪养殖户转产转业等情况，并对我区猪棚换画廊经验做法给予肯定。</p>
<p align="justify"> 钱建民一行还查看了石梁溪关王堰、司马堰、海龙堰等景观节点建设工程，了解垃圾河整治、河长制落实及河道保洁等工作开展情况。考核中，看到石梁溪造型别致的堰坝，钱建民拿出手机把美景拍摄下来。了解到我区利用疏通河道时采集的鹅卵石等材料整治石梁溪，钱建民点头肯定。</p>
<p align="justify"> 近日，省对市“五水共治”考核组还来到庙源溪鲶鱼湾、万田乡翁塘垄水库进水渠、九华乡上方支流、石梁镇污水处理厂、石梁镇中央方村和坎底村等地，了解我区“最美溪流”建设、垃圾河和黑臭河整治、农村生活污水处理、垃圾分类、截污纳管、河长制等工作落实情况，并听取了相关工作汇报。</p>
