<p align="justify"> 根据《浙江省人民政府关于实施残疾人共享小康工程的意见》（浙政发〔2008〕29号）与《衢州市柯城区人民政府关于实施残疾人共享小康工程的意见》（柯政发〔2008〕75号）文件精神，对持有二代残疾人证的残疾人和残疾人家，实施助明、助听、助行工程和无障碍进家庭改造及辅具配发。经乡镇（街道）初审，区残联复审，区残联进村入户核查，现对以下409名拟享受对象予以公示，征求广大群众的意见。</p>
<p align="justify"> 1、反映问题方式：在公示期限内，任何个人均可通过来信、来电、来访的形式，向区残联反映公示对象不符的问题。反映问题提倡署报本人真实姓名。</p>
<p align="justify"> 2、要求：反映问题要实事求是，客观公正。对故意伪造事实的，一经查实，按有关规定严肃处理。</p>
<p align="justify"> 3、公示时间：从12月22日起到12月28日止，共7天。</p>
