<p align="justify"> 根据《浙江省农业厅关于下达2015年标准农田质量提升土壤培肥项目、省级商品有机肥和沃土工程项目建设任务的通知》（浙农专发 [2015] 41号）及《浙江省农业厅 浙江省财政厅关于拨付2015年第二批省级造地改田资金的通知》（浙财农 [2015]104号）文件精神和相关规定，柯城区2015年绿肥种子采购采取公开招投标方式，由浙江新世纪工程咨询有限公司组织招标，并通过公证机关（编号为（2015）浙衢信证经字第1057号）公证。浙江省柯城区政府采购中心关于衢州市柯城区农业局绿肥种子采购项目（项目编号为ZJXSJ2015036）绿肥种子采购公开招标的结果，由浙江宝丰种业有限公司中标，共采购种子18022.75公斤，采购金额249184.65元。柯城区2015年绿肥供应按照乡镇统一申报的原则，经生产主体向乡镇申报，乡镇审核后统一报农业局核定，确定九华关溪村等94家农业生产主体为发放对象，现予以公示。公示时间为2015年12月18日至12月24日，在公示期内，任何单位和个人对公示情况有异议的，均可通过来信、来电、来访等方式，向柯城区农业局办公室进行举报。</p>
