<p align="justify"> 根据市委统一部署，日前，市委常委、常务副市长赵建林带队来我区检查年度目标任务完成情况。区领导祝晓农、徐利水、叶征宇和相关部门负责人参加工作汇报会。</p>
<p align="justify"> 会上，区委书记祝晓农汇报了柯城在省对26个县（市、区）考核排名、市对区主要指标考核和各类责任书落实、市委市政府重大工作部署等方面工作目标任务完成情况，并提出存在的困难及建议。市发改委、统计局、治水办、生态办、规划局等相关部门分别对我区相关工作提出建议。</p>
<p align="justify"> 赵建林对区委区政府重视主动、精准发力推进年度目标任务完成工作给予肯定。赵建林指出，2015年是“十二五”收官之年，各项指标的完成情况不仅影响到全年目标的实现，也关系着“十二五”规划目标能否顺利完成。柯城区要尽最大努力，举全区之力，盯紧年初目标任务全力冲刺，最大限度地完成各项指标任务。要围绕固定资产投资目标，抓紧对接推进一批项目开工，并做好项目谋划和市“十三五”规划对接工作。要打好生态文明建设组合拳，确保完成“五水共治”、“四边三化”“三改一拆”等各项工作任务，继“清三河”治理、“两溪”模式后为全市再作贡献。要做到市区一体、市区优先、市区示范，市相关部门要加强对柯城的服务和指导，推动各项目标任务如期完成。</p>
