<p align="justify"> 12月9日，区八届人大常委会召开第二十七次会议。区人大常委会主任胡松，副主任张贤友、郑玉红、朱国华和其他委员出席会议。区委常委、副区长张军，区人民法院院长詹黎钟，区人民检察院检察长周恩强列席会议。</p>
<p align="justify"> 会议经过投票表决，决定接受徐延山同志辞去柯城区人民政府区长职务的请求;决定任命徐利水同志为柯城区人民政府副区长、代理区长职务。</p>
<p align="justify"> 徐利水在作表态发言时说，代区长责任重大、任务艰巨、使命光荣，今后自己要按照市委陈新书记提出的“忠诚、干净、担当”的要求，自觉接受人大监督，自觉接受人大代表对政府工作的评议，坚决执行区人大及其常委会的各项决议、决定，使政府的各项工作自觉置于人大的法律监督和工作监督之下。要忠诚履行政府职责，带领大家走出一条具有柯城特色的科学发展、转型发展新路子。要带头廉洁从政，坚决贯彻“三严三实”要求，自觉把纪律和规矩挺在前头，严格执行中央“八项规定”和省委“六个严禁”，始终做到务实、清明、清廉、高效。要把大家的信任和重托转化为干事创业的动力，自觉扛起“干在实处永无止境，走在前列要谋新篇”的责任担当，干出优异成绩回报柯城人民。</p>
<p align="justify"> 会议经过投票表决，决定免去傅国平同志的区司法局局长职务；决定任命刘荣禄同志为区司法局局长。</p>
<p align="justify"> 会议还听取和审议了区法院、检察院、柯城公安分局、柯山公安分局、衢州经济开发区公安分局、司法局关于依法履职、公正司法整改情况的报告，并进行满意度测评; 听取和审议了关于2015年柯城区财政预算调整的报告，并作出预算调整的决议。</p>
