<p align="justify"> 11月19日上午，我区举办党的十八届五中全会精神报告会。省委宣传部常务副部长、省委宣讲团成员胡坚作题为《面对百年 规划五年》的专题辅导报告。区委书记祝晓农主持报告会，徐延山、胡松、张晓峰等区四套班子领导参加。</p>
<p align="justify"> 报告会上，胡坚结合其深厚的理论功底和丰富的实践经验，从深刻认识全面建成小康社会决胜阶段的形势， “十三五”时期的指导思想、主要目标和基本理念，经济社会发展各项任务和重大举措，提高党领导经济社会发展的能力等方面，全面生动地解读了十八届五中全会精神的理论精髓和精神内涵，并针对“十三五”时期柯城发展现代农业、乡村休闲旅游业、美丽乡村建设等方面工作提出了意见建议。</p>
<p align="justify"> 祝晓农说，十八届五中全会精神专题报告阐述了全会精神的重点内容，既有政策性、思想性、理论性，对柯城今后的发展也有很强的指导性。大家要以此次报告会为契机，进一步深入学好原文，准确把握十八届五中全会精神实质和丰富内涵，充分利用即将开展的农村党员冬训活动，开展集中学习培训，坚定对未来的发展信心。</p>
<p align="justify"> 报告会结束后，胡坚一行还实地走访了石梁镇城西村蒋家自然村的“尚品画艺”猪棚画廊，以及石梁溪关王堰、司马堰和海龙堰等景观节点工程。</p>
