<p align="justify"> 日前，我区召开农民建房暨集镇建设管理工作推进会。区长徐延山出席会议并讲话，副区长王光华主持会议。</p>
<p align="justify"> 为进一步规范农民建房秩序，今年我区针对农民建房管理工作进行了深化改革，研究制定了规控区内农民建房清理整顿处置办法、农民住房困难户疏导安置办法和规控区外农民建房管理“一意见、一细则、三项制度”等政策和制度，稳步推进农民建房清理整顿分类处置与疏导安置、集聚点修建性详细规划编制、村庄规划编制、村庄建设规划边界线划定和农民建房审批与管理。截至目前，规控区内已经拆除一批处于近期建设影响较大区域内的在建房屋，规控区外新型农民集聚点修建性规划编制已完成14个集聚点初步规划方案。</p>
<p align="justify"> 徐延山强调，相关部门和乡镇（街道）要高度重视规控区内外农民建房的规范管理和集镇建设工作，切实增强工作的主动性、自觉性和紧迫性。要坚持标本兼治，创新思路和方法，确保规控区内农民建房零新增、现有违章建筑全部拆除、新增无房户公寓安置政策和办法落实到位，确保规控区外农民建房管控到位、规划编制到位、整治提升到位。要加大工作协调落实和督查督办力度，以加快推进城市化建设的高度，着眼长远，立足当前，切实抓好工作落实。</p>
