<p align="justify"> 日前，省辐射环境监测站办公室副主任孙国金率省验收组来到柯城，对我区“清三河”达标县（市、区）创建工作进行验收。市委常委、常务副市长赵建林，区领导祝晓农、徐延山、张晓峰、叶征宇、张贤友、汪土祥、朱晓源等参加汇报会或陪同现场检查。</p>
<p align="justify"> 据悉，自“五水共治”启动以来，区委、区政府高度重视“清三河”工作，奏响了“水净、水清、水美”的治水三部曲。全区坚持市区一体合力推进，打好生猪禁养、农村双治、三级河长全覆盖、集镇污染处理和工业污染整治组合拳；强化水岸同治、上下同步、规划同推、干群同心，精心打造最美溪流；坚持严格河长管理、推进河道市场化保洁、狠抓督查督办，切实保障“清三河”工作常态长效。2014年4月，我区消灭了“垃圾河”，同年6月全面完成了“黑臭河”的整治任务，全区16条“垃圾河”、“黑臭河”治理全部达到了“清三河”验收标准，成功入选“浙江最具魅力新水乡”。</p>
<p align="justify"> 汇报会上，区委书记祝晓农介绍了我区“五水共治”和“清三河”工作开展情况。随后，验收组仔细查阅了相关台账资料，并对我区“清三河”整治情况进行现场检查。</p>
<p align="justify"> 验收组先后来到庙源溪顺家路边村段、东溪下蒋村段、山后徐排渠谷塘村段、庙源溪鲶鱼湾、箬溪九华村段、上方支流上方村段等地，检查垃圾河、黑臭河整治后水质情况，河长制落实情况，社会公众满意率等指标。验收组认为，柯城区“清三河”工作成效显著，原来的垃圾河、黑臭河环境面貌焕然一新，各项举措扎实有效，特别是庙源溪、石梁溪景观化改造等工作为全省“五水共治”工作提供了宝贵经验。</p>
