<p align="justify"> 11月4日上午，区政协举行三届十八次常委会暨三届五次全会筹备工作动员会，审议通过相关人事事项，并部署区政协三届五次全会筹备工作。</p>
<p align="justify"> 经过审议，会议决定：因年龄原因，同意郑小瑛同志辞去政协第三届衢州市柯城区委员会主席职务，并报政协第三届衢州市柯城区委员会第五次会议备案； 提名张晓峰同志为政协第三届衢州市柯城区委员会主席候选人，在三届五次全会上进行选举。</p>
<p align="justify"> 由于到龄退休，郑小瑛不再担任区政协党组书记、主席职务。“2011年11月来报到，2015年11月辞去职务，刚好四个整年。”会上，郑小瑛对大家四年来的信任支持表示感谢，并希望区政协委员和机关干部更加积极努力地做好本职工作，支持新任领导把政协工作做得更好。</p>
<p align="justify"> 区政协党组书记、区委副书记张晓峰感谢大家的信任。他说，柯城区的发展已经到了一个非常关键的时期，区政协要在全局中定好位，充分发挥政协委员的独特优势和潜能，进一步密切和人民群众的联系，力求政协工作再上新台阶。要精心筹备好区政协三届五次全会相关工作，把各项筹备工作抓细、抓实、抓到位，重点抓好大会发言和提案工作，多关注影响柯城今后五年、十年长远发展的基础性、根本性、创新性、可持续的工作。</p>
<p align="justify"> 区人大常委会副主任张贤友、副区长朱晓源应邀参加会议。区政协副主席范洁红主持会议。区政协副主席章雨土、徐小平，秘书长诸葛翔出席。</p>
