<p align="justify"> 10月31日，我区召开集镇建设暨“三改一拆”工作推进会。区长徐延山出席会议并讲话，副区长汪土祥、王光华参加会议。</p>
<p align="justify"> 根据集镇建设工作部署，我区将力争通过两年时间，逐步解决集镇“脏、乱、差”问题，努力建设一批“镇容整洁、管理有序、生态宜居”，具有柯城人文特色的美丽集镇。主要任务包括：开展“洁净集镇”专项整治，完善一个集镇发展规划体系，综合改造一条主要街道，建成一个文化休闲空间，提升改造一个污水处理系统，实施一个拆改用结合项目等。</p>
<p align="justify"> 徐延山指出，加强集镇建设管理工作是创建现代田园城市和全国文明城市、统筹城乡发展的迫切需要，也是解决集镇规划滞后等突出问题的现实需要，具有现实和历史意义。全区上下要拓宽工作思路，强化集聚集约发展意识，编制集镇发展规划，制定整治和规范方案，建立长效监管机制。要落实集镇建设管理工作各项有效举措，确保组织领导到位、职责分工到位、督查整改到位。</p>
<p align="justify"> 徐延山说，今年以来我区“三改一拆”工作总体推进有序，但仍存在较大差距。各相关部门、乡镇（街道）要以“无违建区”创建为目标，聚焦重点，结合产业提升、专项行动、美丽乡村建设等，加大拆违力度；要摸清底数，细化下步“三改一拆”工作方案；抓好落实，分类处置违法建筑；加强督查，大力推进“三改一拆”工作。</p>
