<p align="justify"> 10月25日上午，第三届世界浙商大会在杭州开幕，来自68个国家和地区，涵盖中国31个省、市、自治区的千余名浙商参会。区领导祝晓农、徐延山等在柯城分会场收看开幕式。</p>
<p align="justify"> 据了解，世界浙商大会是浙江省规模最大、规格最高、影响最广的浙商精英盛会，是省委、省政府支持浙商创业创新的重要战略平台。前两届世界浙商大会以来，广大浙商积极响应省委省政府号召，回乡发展热情高涨，回乡投资与日俱增。至今年9月，全省浙商回归到位资金累计达7630.86亿元。特别是今年以来，浙商总部的资本回归全面启动，到位资金386.12亿元，浙商回归综合性、地区性和功能性总部项目97个。</p>
