<p align="justify"> 日前，区委书记祝晓农对全区“清三河”达标验收工作开展情况进行专题调研。区委常委、常务副区长叶征宇和区治水办、水利局、环保分局等单位负责人参加调研。</p>
<p align="justify"> 祝晓农一行先后来到信安街道、万田乡、姜家山乡、航埠镇、华墅乡等地，实地查看机场河、衢州中专围墙后排渠、山后徐排渠、六一水库排渠、航埠大排渠、华墅柴家溪的“清三河”问题整改和“河长制”工作落实情况。所到之处，只见大部分溪渠的水质经过整治后已经明显改善，渠中及两边的河道淤泥、生活垃圾、建筑垃圾大都得到清理，河道边还竖起了区级和乡镇级河长公示牌，上面标明了河长姓名、职责和联系电话。</p>
<p align="justify"> 调研中，祝晓农肯定了“清三河”整治工作成效，并对检查中发现的垃圾散落、渠边杂草丛生等问题进行现场交办。祝晓农要求，继续做好河道垃圾、淤泥的清理工作，整治好河道周边环境。要通过加强巡查、在水渠边搭建栏杆等方式，防止周边居民向河道中倾倒垃圾。同时，完善长效管理机制，持续巩固“清三河”工作成效。</p>
