<p align="justify"> 日前，由江苏省环保厅副厅长柏仇勇带领的环保部民生领域环保督查组一行来到我区，查看“两溪”生态化治理项目推进情况。省环保厅副厅长卢春中，区领导徐延山、吴云林陪同。</p>
<p align="justify"> 柏仇勇一行先后来到石梁镇城西村尚品画艺“猪棚画廊”、石梁溪海龙堰、庙源溪鲶鱼湾等地，重点检查污水治理工作。在尚品画艺画廊，柏仇勇对“猪棚”变“画廊”的做法给予肯定，并鼓励我区探索出更多更好的经验做法。</p>
<p align="justify"> “这水和没治理前，简直是一个天上一个地下。”在石梁溪海龙堰，柏仇勇一行看到原先脏水随意入河的石梁溪经过治理，变成了美景连绵的“最美溪流”，赞叹之余，也对河流的转变过程产生了浓厚兴趣。工作人员介绍，柯城区起初只禁养了河道两边500米范围内的养殖场，后来发现，流域内的养殖户排出的污水最终还是流向河道，就自我加压，推行了全流域禁养。</p>
<p align="justify"> 在另一条“最美溪流”庙源溪，柏仇勇一行从鲶鱼湾开始，沿河道边一路查看溪流沿线的污染治理情况。看到溪边入目皆是令人赏心悦目的清澈溪流和生态美景，与治理前垃圾满堆、河水黑臭的旧照形成鲜明对比，柏仇勇不断点头称赞，对我区“两溪”生态治理取得的成果给予肯定。</p>
