<p align="justify"> 日前，我区召开“十三五”规划基本思路征求意见座谈会，推进“十三五”规划编制工作。区长徐延山出席会议并讲话，区委常委、常务副区长叶征宇主持会议。区领导曾宏、张军、颜雪高、王光华参加会议。</p>
<p align="justify"> 据悉，我区去年启动“十三五”规划编制工作后，为确保规划的前瞻性和操作性，初步建立了“十三五”规划编制的框架和设想，并借脑引智委托省工业经济研究所编制“十三五”规划的思路和纲要，目前已完成规划的基本思路。</p>
<p align="justify"> 作为本次规划编制小组成员，浙江省工业经济研究所所长兰建平、浙大技术创新研究院博士朱建忠、省工业经济研究院博士赵立龙等专家、学者应邀参加了会议，并为大家详细讲解规划基本思路的起草过程、主要内容、主要特点及下步编制工作。会上，发改、经信、规划和航埠、石梁等部门、乡镇结合各自职能，围绕“十三五”规划基本思路提出了意见建议。</p>
<p align="justify"> “今天的座谈会非常成功，撞出了思想的火花，激发了大家思考的动力。”徐延山指出，柯城作为发达省份的后发地区，必须有高目标定位才能实现追赶跨越。区级有关部门要积极与规划编制专家组对接，拿出叫得响、能领会、易落实的目标定位。要认真梳理、学习专家提出的理念和思路，根据全省七大重点产业发展导向，把握柯城经济发展产业导向； 依托市区主导产业及产业链优势，谋划我区产业布局；以工业思维发展现代农业； 依托引进高品味主体，谋划柯城的产业项目。</p>
