<p align="justify"> 日前，区委书记祝晓农对全区市场监管工作开展调研。副区长王光华参加调研。</p>
<p align="justify"> 据悉，2014年9月，我区在工商和食药监两支队伍的基础上组建成立了区市场监督管理局，内设11个科室和9个基层市场监管所，承担原食品药品监管部门、工商行政管理部门及质监部门的部分职能。该局成立以来，积极促进干部队伍深度融合，加快推进智慧监管项目建设，探索出“一图三清单”（“任务清单”、“负面清单”、“风险清单”、“任务进度量化图”）基层所权责体系，在全市先行商事制度改革，各项工作取得明显成效。</p>
<p align="justify"> 祝晓农一行先后来到区市场监管局航埠所、松园农贸市场等地，实地调研基层所标准化建设、农贸市场经营管理等工作，并听取相关情况汇报，对区市场监管工作成绩给予肯定。</p>
<p align="justify"> 祝晓农指出，市场监管工作与群众切身利益息息相关，责任重大，区市场监管局要进一步加大改革创新力度，依靠现代化技术设备，积极发展智慧监管体系，实现有效监管。要进一步落实监管责任，推广“一图三清单”等有效制度，并确保制度落实到位。要进一步加强队伍建设，规范基层所管理，做到所科联动，加强协管员队伍管理，充分发挥其作用。要进一步加大投入，配齐基层力量和技术人员，不断提升监管能力和水平。市场监管人员要有强烈的责任心和事业心，进一步明晰责任，全面完成市场监管工作各项任务。</p>
