<p align="justify"> 近日，农业部副部长张桃林、农业部渔业渔政管理局局长赵兴武、农业部科技教育司副司长刘艳等一行来到衢州鲟龙水产食品科技开发有限公司，实地调研我区渔业产业发展情况。副市长朱建华、区长徐延山、副区长朱晓源陪同调研。</p>
<p align="justify"> 据了解，衢州鲟龙水产食品科技开发有限公司是杭州千岛湖鲟龙科技股份有限公司在我区全额投资注册创建的鲟鱼加工企业，其生产的鱼子酱远销法国、德国、瑞士等西欧发达国家，产品品质在国际同类产品中名列前茅。</p>
<p align="justify"> 张桃林一行实地考察了鲟龙公司的繁育养殖区，详细了解鲟鱼选育、存活率、市场开拓、产学研合作、水资源循环利用等具体情况。他指出，鲟鱼的选育是产业发展的重要环节，企业要加强与相关院士工作站、科研院校的合作，甄选出鲟鱼选育的最优办法。</p>
<p align="justify"> “你们的鱼子酱和国外产品比有什么优势？”在鲟鱼产品加工车间，张桃林仔细查看了鲟鱼取卵至加工成鱼子酱成品的生产过程，了解该公司利用高科技手段提高鱼子酱等鲟鱼产品品质的情况。他鼓励企业顺势而上、抓住机遇，运用创新科技，实现鲟鱼系列产品文化、价值再提升的“鲟龙梦”，推动鲟鱼产业合理、科学发展。</p>
<p align="justify"> “今天看了鲟鱼产品的研发和产业的推进状况，开阔了眼界，也被你们开拓创新的精神感动，进一步增强了我们做好这项工作的信心。”座谈会上，张桃林充分肯定了省、市、区各级政府为鲟鱼产业发展提供的支持和帮助，并要求相关部门、单位把科研工作和产业开发、人才队伍建设等工作更好地结合起来，通过产学研合作和深入研发，从源头上提高鲟鱼产品的品质，更好地促进现代渔业产业健康、可持续、可循环发展。</p>
