<p align="justify"> 日前，省治水办常务副主任，省环保厅党组副书记、副厅长方敏一行来我区调研庙源溪、石梁溪全流域生态化治理工作。市委常委、常务副市长赵建林，区委书记祝晓农陪同调研。</p>
<p align="justify"> “五水共治”工作开展以来，我区创新理念，牢牢抓住治水这个突破口，坚持水岸同治、上下同步、规划同推、干群同心，对庙源溪和石梁溪实施全流域治理和生态化景观化改造，实现了垃圾河、黑臭河向“最美溪流”的华丽转变。今年以来，省、市各级领导多次来到庙源溪和石梁溪，实地视察“两溪”流域治理工作并给予高度肯定。</p>
<p align="justify"> 方敏一行先后视察了石梁溪附近由猪棚改造而成的“尚品画艺”画廊,石梁溪关王堰、司马堰、海龙堰、金庸文化广场和庙源溪鲶鱼湾等两条溪流的节点景观工程，详细了解我区实施全流域生猪禁养、落实河长制、推动转产转型等工作情况。“水这么清，景色也很漂亮！”漫步溪边，入目皆是令人赏心悦目的潺潺清流、别致堰坝和人文生态美景，与治理前堆满垃圾、养猪排污、堰坝平淡无奇的旧照形成了鲜明对比。方敏对我区全流域生态化治理的显著成效给予了充分肯定，并希望继续落实好河长制，进一步巩固治理成果。</p>
