<p align="justify"> 日前，中国物流有限公司董事长、党委书记梁伟华一行来我区考察调研，并签订项目合作框架协议，拟与我区联合投资建设产融创新发展中心项目。区委书记祝晓农出席签约仪式，区领导徐延山、王光华等参加项目洽谈会。</p>
<p align="justify"> 据了解，中国物流有限公司是国务院国资委监管的大型企业集团———中国诚通控股集团有限公司控股的成员企业。企业提供铁路和公路运输、公路—铁路—水运联运、国际货运代理、仓储、配送、生产和销售的供应链管理、物流金融等综合物流服务。经过20多年发展，该公司已经在全国各大城市和交通枢纽城市形成了布局比较合理、功能比较齐全的物流服务网络。</p>
<p align="justify"> 根据协议，我区将与该公司合资成立中国物流（衢州）有限公司（暂用名），共同投资开发中国物流（衢州）产融创新发展中心项目。项目拟选址衢州专业市场城地块，一期用地约100亩，以具有国内领先水平的产业生态链发展综合服务中心的目标定位进行建设，建成后可实现区域性和跨境性的多业联动融合，技术和服务集聚创新，强化政府功能性服务平台作用，提升周边各联动城市功能品味。</p>
<p align="justify"> 签约前，梁伟华一行先后来到衢州农商城、衢州邮政跨境电商产业园、中外运电商产业园等地进行考察，良好的投资环境得到了客商的好评。梁伟华认为：“衢州交通发达，辐射力强，在这里做物流园区很有市场前景。”</p>
<p align="justify"> “把这个市场做好了，我们柯城区国有资产也能得到优化，双方可以实现合作共赢。”祝晓农表示，柯城区将为项目的推进做好各项服务工作。</p>
