<p align="justify"> 近日，区长徐延山会同市教育局局长徐朝金及相关部门负责人，来到大成小学荷三路校区改建项目现场和礼贤小学项目建设地块，调研项目进展情况，并现场协调推进两校建设项目。副区长颜雪高参加调研。</p>
<p align="justify"> 据了解，大成小学荷三路校区位于荷三路与荷花东路交叉口西南侧，由原市技工学校改建而成。项目占地46.2亩，计划改造建设总建筑面积两万多平方米，预计2017年秋季全部完工。为了不影响大成小学学生开学后正常的学习生活，区教育、财政、发改、征迁等部门单位积极协调配合，加速推进大成小学荷三路校区项目建设，使该校行政综合楼及实践楼维修改造工程顺利在9月1日前竣工验收，目前原校区五、六年级12个班级的学生已搬入新校区学习。</p>
<p align="justify"> 礼贤小学项目建设地块位于双港街道凯胜路以东，锦绣路以南，新元路以西，双港立交桥以北。该校办学规模为48个班，占地约50亩，计划于2017年8月完工并交付使用，目前已完成项目初步设计，施工临时围墙正在建设中。</p>
<p align="justify"> 徐延山指出，大成小学荷三路校区和礼贤小学的建设是市区城市建设管理“新十大专项”中城市功能优化的重点专项工作之一，也是市、区两级党委政府为民办实事的重点工作。相关单位要明确任务，倒排计划，保证工程质量和施工安全，确保项目按计划时间建成并交付。要明确职责，狠抓落实，做好项目的政策处理、申报和资金保障等工作。要明确要求，强化监督，加强工程质量和程序监管，加快推进两校项目建设工作。</p>
