<p align="justify"> 9月27日上午，继省、市防御第21号台风“杜鹃”工作视频会议结束后，我区随即召开防御台风会议，对做好防台工作进行部署。区委书记祝晓农、副区长贵丽青参加会议。</p>
<p align="justify"> 根据预测，台风“杜鹃”将于29日在福建沿海登陆。据气候统计，在福建登陆的台风往往会给浙江带来较强的风雨影响。受“杜鹃”外围影响，我区将有较明显的风雨天气过程。</p>
<p align="justify"> 祝晓农指出，此次台风“杜鹃”登陆前后恰逢冷空气南下和天文大潮时期，而且将在福建登陆，会对我区带来较大影响。全区各级各部门要高度重视，迅速行动，按照各自职责分工做好防范强降雨的各项准备。要加强排查，落实责任，做好地质灾害点、涉水建筑、工地、山区农家乐旅游点等区域的排查预警工作。要突出重点，加强值班，重点做好山区小流域、山塘水库、山区旅游点和城市街道的防台工作，落实好各项预防措施，确保居民群众过上一个平安快乐的国庆假期。</p>
