<p align="justify"> 近日，衢州苏河汇创业学堂与基金项目签约仪式在我区举行。区长徐延山出席签约仪式并讲话，副区长王光华代表区政府与上海激创投资管理股份有限公司（苏河汇）CEO罗钥签定衢州苏河汇创业学堂与基金项目合作框架协议书。</p>
<p align="justify"> 据介绍，上海激创投资管理股份有限公司（苏河汇）是国内知名的创业学院和天使投资机构，专注于培养和投资早期创新创业项目。该公司先后在上海、北京、成都、苏州、杭州、海宁等城市设有11个实体众创空间，至今已培养出200多家优秀企业，这些企业已获得“苏河汇”和其合作伙伴累计超过2个亿的投资。</p>
<p align="justify"> 根据协议，区政府与上海激创投资管理股份有限公司计划联手打造一个新型的“早期投资+孵化+证券资本市场”的全方位公共创业服务平台———衢州苏河汇创业学堂（简称“苏学堂”）和基金，为我区的早期创业团队提供办公场地、创业导师及培训、云服务及技术开发、工商注册、财务、法律、人事招聘、媒体、投融资、纵深行业资源等深度服务。“苏河汇”将组建衢州苏河汇投资管理有限公司作为管理机构及基金管理合伙人（GP），建立规模为人民币1亿元的天使投资基金———衢州苏河汇投资合伙企业（有限合伙），基金投资对象将以“科技型”企业为主。</p>
