<p align="justify"> 日前，区委书记祝晓农对我区文明城市创建工作开展情况进行督查。区领导鲍继红、颜雪高参加督查。</p>
<p align="justify"> 祝晓农一行先后来到衢化路110号、清莲里社区泉井垄小区、双港中路227号静安小区等地，查看环境卫生状况，了解各小区保洁工作开展情况。在随后的座谈会上，双港、衢化、信安等街道和创建办、综合执法、住建等部门分别汇报了创建工作进展情况、存在问题和下步打算。</p>
<p align="justify"> 祝晓农指出，文明城市创建工作时间紧、任务重，各相关部门和街道（乡）要坚定信心、高度重视，不折不扣地完成各项创建任务。要做到长短结合，既要借鉴卫生城市创建工作中积累的经验，集中力量解决好当前存在的突出问题，又要落实长效机制。要做到标本兼治，创建全国文明城市既要治标，更要治本，使城市的设施更便利、环境更优美、百姓生活更美好，进一步提高城市的美誉度。要落实管用措施，继续实施保洁工作市场化，特别是针对小区物业管理等薄弱环节，要通过媒体曝光、疏堵结合等方式，引优淘劣，逐步提高物业公司管理水平。要做到齐心协力，各部门和街道（乡）要将责任落实到人、落实到区块，互相配合、形成合力。要增加必要投入，加强协管员队伍建设，做好开放式小区管理工作，将文明城市创建与“三改”工作相结合，加快老旧住宅区改造，争取完成各项创建任务。</p>
<p align="justify"> [又讯]近日，副区长王光华带领区创建全国文明城市工作市场组，对新书院、松园、双发、裕丰、昌苑等市区主要农贸市场展开督查，推动各市场积极开展文明城市创建工作。</p>
