<p align="justify"> 日前，上海虹口区委常委、统战部长陈理春带领虹口区部分企业家来我区考察交流。区长徐延山，区委常委、统战部长柴文灯及相关部门负责人参加座谈交流。</p>
<p align="justify"> 据了解，此次考察由衢州市上海商会联系组织，参加考察的企业家中有不少是在沪投资创业的浙江籍企业家，且大部分为虹口区政协委员。</p>
<p align="justify"> 当天，虹口企业家们先后来到柯城－余杭山海协作产业园、衢州专业市场城和部分家庭农场进行考察。座谈会上，双港管委会、区专业市场管委会分别介绍了工业园区和专业市场城的有关情况。企业家们交流了到柯城考察的感想体会，就旅游休闲等方面产业的对接提出想法建议。</p>
<p align="justify"> 徐延山对企业家们的到来表示欢迎。他说，柯城是一个有着1800多年建城史的古城，也是一个建区30年的新区。柯城在发展平台、水产业、生态旅游、商贸服务业等方面都具有良好的发展基础和优势，希望浙江在上海发展的企业家能够回到浙江、来到柯城投资兴业，把柯城作为今后发展的关注点进行研究、投资，实现共赢。</p>
<p align="justify"> 陈理春认为，柯城资源丰富，基础扎实，优势很多，是一方发展的热土，可以成为承接上海产业转移的基地之一，也可以发展成上海养生养老的创业基地、绿色产业对接交流的基地、旅游休闲的对接地。今后虹口和柯城两区可以进一步对接，寻找合作点，取得双赢。</p>
