<p align="justify"> 日前，区委书记祝晓农就衢化路沿线改造提升征迁工作开展专题调研。市综合行政执法局局长方庆建，区领导张晓峰、汪土祥和相关部门负责人参加调研。</p>
<p align="justify"> 据了解，衢化路沿线改造提升工作涉及我区花园街道和衢化街道的6个行政村，实施范围包括：衢化路沿线北起浙西大道，南至崇文大桥桥头，全长5.39公里；物流大道沿线东起滨港南路，西至巨化厂前路，全长4.05公里。自7月13日衢化路沿线改造提升征迁工作推进会召开后，花园街道、衢化街道和各责任单位立即行动，组建6个工作组迅速展开入户复核确认、政策宣传等工作。截至9月8日，衢化路沿线累计拆除主体房屋、违法建筑、生产性用房共计32处，面积15340平方米。</p>
<p align="justify"> 祝晓农一行实地查看了花园街道叶篷村列入征迁范围的部分已拆房屋和待拆房屋，并在花园街道召开座谈会，听取区征迁办、花园街道、衢化街道关于前期征迁工作情况的汇报，对征迁中存在的困难问题进行研究分析。</p>
<p align="justify"> 祝晓农肯定了前期征迁工作成效，要求两个街道和相关部门再接再厉，抓好下步征迁户的签约工作。祝晓农指出，最近几年，花园街道和衢化街道在“五水共治”“四边三化”“三改一拆”等工作中克难攻坚，积累了丰富的工作经验。下一步大家的信心要足，向征迁户做好政策宣传。要加快推进，抓住最近两个月的时间紧锣密鼓地开展签约工作，动员征迁户尽早签约。要把握好政策，坚守政策底线，严格按照政策规定开展工作。要合力推进，各相关部门要与花园街道、衢化街道共同推进签约工作。要和谐推进，尽最大努力做好农户的思想工作，确保征迁平稳有序推进。</p>
