<p align="justify"> 日前，我区召开土地开发工作推进会。区长徐延山出席会议并讲话，副区长贵丽青主持会议。</p>
<p align="justify"> 会前，徐延山带领国土、林业等部门及相关乡镇主要负责人实地观摩了万田乡荷塘村、九华乡下彭川村、石梁镇过溪村和沟溪乡余西村的垦造耕地项目推进情况。会上，柯城国土分局通报了今年1至8月全区土地资源开发工作进度，航埠、石梁、九华、沟溪等乡镇汇报了土地开发工作中遇到的困难和问题，并提出了意见建议。</p>
<p align="justify"> 徐延山指出，开发耕地资源是造福子孙后代的民心工程，也是“大干项目”的重中之重，各乡镇要把土地开发工作作为第一要务来抓，明确定位，咬定目标，把土地资源开发好。要抢抓项目推进的黄金季节，倒排时间，制定计划，确保项目按计划有序推进。要加快项目的政策处理进度，做好前期协调和服务工作，对项目质量进行全程跟踪，加强项目保障力度，完善项目管理协调机制。要加强项目的督查力度，每周汇报项目推进情况，把土地开发与各项资金补助、工作经费奖励相挂钩，对开发进度快的乡镇进行奖励。</p>
