<p align="justify"> 日前，我区召开“三严三实”专题教育研讨会，重点围绕“严以律己”主题开展学习研讨。区委书记祝晓农在会上讲话，区长徐延山主持会议，郑小瑛等区四套班子领导参加会议。市委组织部副部长、市委“两新”工委书记郑春弟对我区“三严三实”专题教育活动进行指导。</p>
<p align="justify"> 与会领导在自学党章、党纪、党规和习总书记重要讲话精神的基础上，联系自身工作实际，畅谈感想和领悟。大家表示，将严格遵守党的纪律，履行党的宗旨，遵守清正廉洁的底线，常怀敬畏之心，做到在政治上、工作上、生活上讲规矩守纪律，求真务实、洁身自好。</p>
<p align="justify"> 祝晓农要求，领导干部要着眼于自身过硬，真正做到让政治纪律和政治规矩在头脑中立起来。强化党员身份意识和责任担当意识，唤醒党章党纪意识，以党员标准约束自己，把党章学深学透，牢记在心。要着眼于以知促行，真正做到让政治纪律和政治规矩在言行中严起来。做到心存敬畏，坚守法治，自觉践行党纪国法；加强作风养成，坚守生活底线，培养良好健康的生活爱好；提高警惕，坚守情操和品质，不断增强抵御各种诱惑的自觉性。要着眼于履职尽责，真正做到让政治纪律和政治规矩在干事创业中体现出来。全力以赴稳增长促发展，围绕指标、项目找差距，在精准上下功夫，围绕“十三五”和明年工作抓好工作谋划； 全力以赴抓整治优环境，保持干劲不松懈，打好“五四三”组合拳；全力以赴保稳定促民生，齐心协力为加快发展打下坚实基础。</p>
