<p align="left"> 今年9月10日是我国第31个教师节。9月8日下午，我区召开庆祝第31个教师节座谈会。区长徐延山、副区长颜雪高和全区教育系统的20位各级各类先进集体代表和个人代表围坐一堂，共同庆祝教师节的到来。</p>
<p align="justify"> 座谈会上，先进代表们分享了各自岗位上的教学故事，同时结合多年的教学经历，提出了许多宝贵的意见建议。九华小学校长郑留光35年来一直坚守在农村教学的岗位上,他说：“自跨进校门那一刻，我就在心里暗暗下了决心，要把奉献作为自己一生的操守。”鹿鸣小学体育教师毛新华2012年突发白血病，每次化疗回来，最喜欢去的地方就是学校田径场。他多次荣获省、市、区业余训练先进个人，区先进教育工作者，也是我区第一届十佳道德模范。</p>
<p align="justify"> “今天的座谈会让我感触很深，感受到了一股强大的正能量。”徐延山说，先进代表们身上折射出的敬业奉献精神值得学习，相关部门要把代表们提出的意见建议进行梳理，转化为抓好全区教育工作的思路、理念和措施。要强化教育优先发展战略地位，把教育作为加快城市化建设，提高城市首位度、集聚度和知名度的重要引擎。要深化城乡教育均衡发展，在办学条件、师资力量、办学水平均衡发展等方面探索更多经验。要进一步拓宽育人思路，抓好学前教育、义务教育和成人教育。要注重优秀教师队伍的培养，始终树立尊敬教师、崇尚教育的良好风气，营造尊师重教的浓厚氛围。</p>
