<p align="justify"> 日前，区长徐延山、副区长颜雪高及相关部门负责人来到大成小学荷三路校区改建项目现场，实地调研项目进展情况。</p>
<p align="justify"> 大成小学荷三路校区位于荷三路与荷花东路交叉口西南侧，由原市技工学校改建而成。项目占地46.2亩，计划改造建设总建筑面积两万多平方米，总投资概算11800万元，预计2017年秋季全部完工。目前，行政综合楼及实践楼维修改造已完成施工任务。根据安排，9月1日，大成小学原校区五、六年级12个班级的学生将正式搬入荷三路校区学习。</p>
<p align="justify"> “安评和环评情况怎么样？”“施工会影响学生上课吗？”“吃饭怎么解决？”……调研中，徐延山详细询问工程相关细节情况和存在的困难问题，再三强调要在确保安全、环保的前提下才能让学生搬入新校区。学校负责人介绍，新校区教室内的桌椅是老校区用过的，午餐也会从老校区送过来，而且只有在安全评估、环保评估等各项评估都通过后才会让学生搬入。</p>
<p align="justify"> “时间服从质量，各种安全措施一定要到位。”徐延山指出，大成小学荷三路校区改建项目是市、区两级党委政府高度重视的重点项目，也是市区城市建设“新十大专项”中城市功能优化的重点专项工作之一。大成小学要加强与市、区相关部门的对接，抓紧推进硬件设施建设，确保工程质量。要以新校区改建为契机，全方位提升学校的教学质量和管理水平，通过改造提升，进一步将学校做大、做强、做优。</p>
