<p align="justify"> 日前，省人大常委会副主任王永昌来我区调研“五水共治”工作，实地了解庙源溪、石梁溪流域综合整治情况。市领导居亚平、章俊，区领导祝晓农、胡松陪同调研。</p>
<p align="justify"> 王永昌一行首先来到位于石梁镇城西村的“尚品画艺”画廊。画廊由猪棚改建而成，展示各类画作3000余幅，通过O2O模式出售原创绘画、高仿油画、装饰画等艺术品。王永昌详细了解了画廊的发展过程和经营情况，对“猪棚”变“画廊”的做法给予肯定。王永昌说，把猪棚改成画廊的做法实现了从污染环境到美化环境的转变，促进了艺术文化产业的转型升级。下步要继续扩大规模，吸引更多的艺术家来此创作，形成集群效应，同时将文化产业与旅游相结合，带动经济发展。</p>
<p align="justify"> 王永昌还来到石梁溪关王堰、司马堰、海龙堰和庙源溪鲶鱼湾，沿着两条溪流查看沿线整治情况。庙源溪和石梁溪经过整治后，水质清澈，堰坝形态各异，溪流沿岸景色秀美，不时能看到游人在水中游泳嬉戏。王永昌说，柯城的“两溪”整治具有流域长、景观化、城乡联合一体的特点，前后变化明显，整治成效显著。</p>
