<p align="justify"> 根据《浙江省人民政府关于实施残疾人共享小康工程的意见》（浙政发〔2008〕29号）与《衢州市柯城区人民政府关于实施残疾人共享小康工程的意见》（柯政发〔2008〕75号）文件精神，对持有新版重度残疾证（残疾等级为二级以上）且家庭人均收入在城乡低保标准100-150%之间的重度残疾对象，参照低保标准全额发放重度残疾人补助金。经乡镇(街道)初审,区残联复审，区民政局和残联进村入户核查,拟将以下315名对象纳入重度残疾人基本生活保障范围，现征求广大群众的意见，将有关事项公示如下：</p>
<p align="justify"> 1、反映问题方式：在公示期限内，任何个人均可通过来信、来电、来访的形式，向区民政局反映公示对象不符的问题。反映问题提倡署报本人真实姓名。</p>
<p align="justify"> 2、要求：反映问题要实事求是，客观公正。对故意伪造事实的，一经查实，按有关规定严肃处理。</p>
<p align="justify"> 3、公示时间：从8月28日起到9月3日止，共7天。</p>
<p align="justify"> 4、公示联系科室和受理电话：</p>
