<p align="justify"> 日前，我区召开“四边三化”整治工作暨规控区内外农民建房管理工作推进会。区长徐延山在会上讲话，区领导汪土祥、吴云林、王光华、范洁红参加会议。</p>
<p align="justify"> 徐延山指出，“四边三化”和规控区内外农民建房管理工作是省市的重要部署，相关部门和各乡镇（街道）要坚持目标导向、问题导向和民生导向，统一思想、形成共识，坚定不移地抓好相关工作。要明确职责，落实举措，加快推进“赤膊墙”整治和农村“双治”工作。要完善机制、强化保障，加强宣传发动、组织领导和巡查督查，扎实有效抓好“四边三化”整治和规控区内外农民建房管理工作。</p>
<p align="justify"> 会议通报了区政协关于两路两侧“四边三化”专项整治民主监督情况，解读了农民建房政策，并部署规控区内外农民建房管理、“四边三化”和黄标车淘汰工作。</p>
