<p align="justify"> 8月12日晚,天津滨海新区瑞海公司危险品仓库发生爆炸。爆炸事故发生后，我区高度警觉，祝晓农、徐延山等区领导迅速深入一线开展危化品安全隐患排查，对做好安全生产工作进行部署。</p>
<p align="justify"> 8月14日下午，区委书记祝晓农率安监、公安、消防等相关部门，对我区部分危化品生产经营企业的安全生产情况进行检查。区委常委、常务副区长叶征宇参加检查。</p>
<p align="justify"> “企业有多少安全员负责安全生产？”“平时怎样对设备进行检查？”“如果生产时出现温度过高的情况怎么处理？”祝晓农一行先后来到衢州伟荣药化有限公司和衢州市海达化工有限公司开展检查。每到一处，祝晓农都详细询问企业安全生产制度、相关人员配备、消防安全生产措施落实等情况，并查看厂区环境和相关安全设备。</p>
<p align="justify"> “安全生产是第一位的。”祝晓农要求，各危化企业要提高认识，深刻吸取天津港瑞海公司危险品仓库火灾爆炸等事故的教训，举一反三，强化安全生产意识，严格厂区管理，规范员工行为，做好企业员工安全生产知识培训和日常防护工作。相关部门要加大安全生产检查力度和重点领域隐患排查，摸清底数，及时发现并关停存在安全隐患的小加工作坊和化工企业，同时，加强对危化品运输车辆的监控，消除管理死角，确保安全生产形势持续稳定。</p>
<p align="justify"> 8月14日晚，区长徐延山带领安监、公安、交通等相关部门和花园街道、衢化街道、石室乡负责人，针对危化品运输车辆安全情况开展了专项检查。</p>
<p align="justify"> 在物流大道沿线、石室西安古街、衢化街道七溪路等地，检查人员发现一些危化品运输车辆存在乱停放现象。徐延山要求相关人员记下违停车辆的车牌号码和违停地点，并落实好相关整改规范工作。</p>
<p align="justify"> 徐延山指出，各乡镇（街道）要逐村排查是否存在危化品运输车违规停放、洗车、修理现象，并公布举报电话，发动村民及时举报危化品安全隐患，同时联系相关部门做好整改规范工作，及时消除危险源，确保群众生命财产安全。</p>
<p align="justify"> 8月15日，徐延山在衢州分会场参加完全国安全生产电视电话会议后，马上召集全区各部门、乡镇（街道）主要负责人，部署安全生产工作任务。区领导胡松、郑小瑛、叶征宇、吴云林参加会议。徐延山指出，抓好安全生产，重在工作落实，各相关部门、乡镇（街道）要认清当前安全生产严峻形势，切实强化责任意识，全面开展安全生产排查，彻底查清安全隐患，落实安全生产责任，严肃责任追究，加强安全生产监管力度。</p>
