<p align="center">陈新率与会人员 考察我区“两溪”流域整治成效</p>

<p align="justify"> 日前，全市“五水共治、四边三化、三改一拆”专项整治推进会召开。当天上午，市委书记陈新带领与会的领导干部来到庙源溪鲶鱼湾和石梁溪海龙堰、司马堰，现场考察我区“两溪”流域整治成效。杜世源、居亚平、俞流传等市四套班子领导，祝晓农、徐延山等区领导参加考察。</p>
<p align="justify"> “五水共治”工作启动后，我区在全省率先提出并实施全流域治理，坚持水岸同治、上下游同步、规划同推、干群同心，全力打好全流域生猪禁养、农村“双治”、河道禁采、洁水养殖等“组合拳”，形成了全流域治污、全流域治砂、全流域生态化改造、全流域群众参与的治水新模式。经过治理，庙源溪和石梁溪实现了从垃圾河、黑臭河向“最美溪流”的华丽转变。</p>
<p align="justify"> 在庙源溪鲶鱼湾，陈新一行一边查看治理后的溪流美景，一边认真听取工作人员介绍整治项目推进情况。庙源溪发源于九华乡九华山西麓，流经九华乡和万田乡，2014年开始启动全流域综合治理，整治工程以尊重周边环境风土人情，保护、重现溪流风采，恢复河道自然属性为原则，将庙源溪打造成为以健身运动、精品民宿、民俗文化为主题的多功能生态河道。经过一年多的治理，如今的庙源溪沿线处处是景，来这里旅游的人也越来越多，带动我区乡村休闲旅游蓬勃发展。听说每天下午4点过，附近的村民都会来鲶鱼湾游泳，游客多了，溪边上的小店每天能卖出价值2000多元的游泳器具，陈新频频点头，肯定我区庙源溪流域治理取得的成效。</p>
<p align="justify"> 石梁溪是衢江的一级支流，发源于七里乡杨梅坞，流经七里乡和石梁镇。石梁溪流域综合治理一期工程治理范围为石梁镇坎底村至杭金衢高速桥，通过治理，致力于将石梁溪打造成以金庸文化、休闲旅游、养生养老为主题的生态河道。陈新一行乘车查看了石梁溪流域沿线治理情况，并在海龙堰和司马堰两处景观节点，下车近距离查看石梁溪流域整治成效。司马堰造型别致美观，周边环境秀美怡人，陈新饶有兴致地观赏，不时点头称赞。看到规划中准备建设的生态民宿效果图，陈新提出，要多向国外的休闲旅店学习，借鉴外地好的设计理念。</p>
<p align="justify"> 现场考察结束后，与会人员还在市行政中心大楼会议室召开了专项整治推进会。</p>
