<p align="justify"> 日前，我区与上海汉能薄膜发电有限公司签约，双方建立战略合作关系。区长徐延山与汉能集团华东区域公司执行总裁李涛涛签订战略合作框架协议，副区长颜雪高主持签约仪式。</p>
<p align="justify"> 据悉，上海汉能薄膜发电有限公司隶属于汉能控股集团有限公司，该公司是全球化的清洁能源跨国公司，业务横跨水电、风电、薄膜太阳能发电等，薄膜发电技术已达到国际领先水平，是全球最大的薄膜太阳能生产企业。根据协议，双方将就光伏用户系统应用、分布式电站项目、BIVP光伏建筑一体化项目、薄膜太阳能研发与制造等领域开展合作，积极推动清洁能源示范区建设。</p>
<p align="justify"> 徐延山说，光伏发电项目发展前景广阔，技术和产业带动作用强，对优化能源结构、促进节能减排具有重要意义。柯城地处钱塘江上游，在保护生态环境，打造美丽浙江生态屏障方面肩负着重大使命。作为国内最大的民营清洁能源企业，汉能集团“用清洁能源改变世界”的理念与柯城区的发展导向不谋而合。此次双方建立战略合作关系，发展光伏发电项目，具有很强的示范性、导向性和带动性。希望双方进一步拓展合作空间，推进更多的合作项目，为柯城实现绿色发展探索出更为广阔的路子。</p>
