<p align="justify"> 日前，我区举行衢化路沿线改造提升征迁工作现场会，具体部署相关工作，明确征迁工作阶段性目标任务。区长徐延山，副区长汪土祥，区征迁办、国土、规划、综合执法等相关部门和花园街道、衢化街道负责人参加会议。</p>
<p align="justify"> 与会人员首先来到广汇家私以南地块与和睦新村地块，实地查看沿线情况。在随后的座谈会上，徐延山就推进衢化路沿线改造提升征迁工作提出了要求。</p>
<p align="justify"> 徐延山指出，要明确目标，倒排计划，涉及征迁的街道、村要制定详细的工作方案，相关部门要积极做好与上级部门的协调对接。要明确分工，落实责任，摸清征迁范围内建筑物与人员情况，做好风险评估；坚持拆征结合，以拆促征，做到依法拆违、依法征迁、依法处置；加大宣传力度，普及相关政策，营造浓厚氛围。要明确要求，加强保障，做好规划和相关审批报批工作。要加强协调，形成合力，确保全面完成衢化路改造提升征迁工作。</p>
