<p align="justify"> 日前，市委常委、公安局长王建来到信安街道和荷花街道，调研上下街延伸段改造提升专项工程进展情况和存在问题，并部署推进下步工作。区领导徐延山、彭海生参加调研。</p>
<p align="justify"> 据悉，上下街延伸段改造提升工程是我市新十大专项工作之一，改造内容分为建筑立面整治、市政道路改造、绿化景观改造、城市亮化改造四个方面。项目分南、北两段，南延伸段为荷花中路(荷一路至浙西大道路段)，长2公里，涉及荷花街道松园社区、清莲里社区等5个社区，个体经营户350户，居住户904户。北延伸段为新安路(书院西路至西安路段)，长0.9公里，涉及信安街道紫荆社区，公建房12幢，店面175间，住宅21幢。目前，各街道已完成调查摸底工作。</p>
<p align="justify"> 王建指出，各相关部门、街道在之前的上下街改造工程中措施有力，取得了显著成效，获得了群众的广泛支持，为接下来的工作打下了良好基础。上下街延伸段改造提升项目是全市重点项目，也是提升市容市貌和城市形象的重要举措。相关单位要借鉴上下街改造的成功经验，树立信心，迎难而上，克难攻坚。要讲究方法，建立激励制度，发挥街道、社区了解实际情况，善于做群众工作的优势，有针对性地开展工作。各相关部门、街道要加强协作，形成合力，确保工作快速有序推进。</p>
